On July 20-21 I will be running for 24 hours in Chiang Mai, Thailand. If you know me at all you know that I want everything I do to have purpose (eternal) and meaning. Through this race I hope to: make new friends, spend time with God in prayer, inspire others, and raise money for my fiance, Amanda Wolfe, and I to return to Thailand to serve as missionaries after we get married in Sept. My goal for this race is to raise the funds needed for our plane tickets (approx. $2,000 per person…$4,000 total). Please consider sponsoring me on this run by donating per mile run or a lump sum. Go here to donate: http://
(If you want to donate per mile please send me a message before next friday and let me know how much you pledge to donate per mile. After the race I will post on here how many miles I ran and then you can donate online at my site or through mail.)
I will also keep a running total here on how much more we need for our airfare to Thailand.
By donating, you will encourage me to keep running even when it gets tough and force me to push myself to get in more miles. You will also make me feel loved, supported, and cared for. You will give me something to think about during the race. You will make Amanda and I happy because we know you care about us and our ministry in Thailand. Most importantly, you will help bring the saving gospel of grace through the blood of Jesus Christ to the lost in Thailand.
After you donate, if there is anything specific you want prayer for, just shoot me a message and I will try and pray for you during my run. Thanks!

Race specifics (in case you are interested): 3.7 Kilometer loop around Huay Tung Tao Reservoir near the mountains. There are between 25-30 people running 6, 12, or 24 hours. I think there are 6 of us running 24. No prizes but lots of fun to be had!
